The Goal
Justin Havre, leader of one of Calgary’s most successful real estate teams, aimed to deepen his team’s value proposition by integrating trusted home service professionals into every stage of the home buying journey.
The goal was to deliver a concierge-style experience that supported clients during a high-stress period—while positioning his agents as well-connected experts in all things home-related.
The Campaign
In partnership with comarketing, Justin built a referral program that aligned his business with top-tier service providers. The program offered partners exclusive referral visibility, systemized tracking, and high-touch exposure to agents and clients alike.
Vendors were embedded into the team's workflow—from closing packages and concierge support to regular features at meetings and internal trainings.
Some led in-house sessions to equip agents with knowledge about when and who to call for key services.
Others co-created content to educate and inspire. Together, they formed a high-impact ecosystem that delivered seamless client support and created reliable, repeatable value for all sides.
Key Results
The program drove:
- 25,155 visits to the network site (and partner lead forms)
- 468 tracked leads
- $80,964 in earned revenue
It’s become a steady, built-in part of how the team connects clients with great vendors, gives agents more confidence in their recommendations, and helps partners grow through consistent exposure.
