The Goal

Gary Ashton, team leader of Nashville’s top real estate team, set out to elevate the client and agent experience by building deeper, more intentional relationships with the city’s best home service providers. 

Guided by his motto “Don’t sell without the intel,” he believes agents should have trusted answers—or trusted connections—for anything home related. 

His goal was to create a system that not only improved service quality, but also rewarded partner loyalty and generated consistent cash flow that could be reinvested into the business.

The Campaign

Through partnering with comarketing, Gary launched a referral-driven program designed to elevate his most trusted home service partners. This offered referral exclusivity, visibility across his team and client base, and seamless tools to track and share referrals.

Partners were featured in team meetings, outings, closing packages, and even on Gary’s website—integrating them into the full client journey from first touch to close.

Many offered special perks for Gary’s clients and agents, and some even co-created content to further connect with his audience. The result was a tightly aligned system that benefited all sides—while generating steady cash flow back into the business.
